Welcome to Atlas Within. By downloading, installing, or using the Atlas Within mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Overview

Atlas Within is a spiritual self-discovery application that generates a personalized profile called a "Soulprint" based on your birth data. The Soulprint draws from Western Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, Numerology, and the Chinese Zodiac.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Account & Authentication

• You may sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. Your account is linked to the identity provided by these services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the devices on which the App is installed.
• You may only create one account per person.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sublicense any content generated by the App.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchase restrictions or security measures.
• Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• The App offers a free tier with basic Soulprint results and a premium unlock that provides a full Soulprint with AI-generated report.
• Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. All transactions are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
• The premium Soulprint is a one-time purchase tied to your current profile. Future profile calculations may require additional purchases.
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though existing purchases will not be affected.

6. Content & Accuracy

• Astrological calculations use real astronomical data for planetary positions. However, interpretive content is based on traditional wisdom traditions and should be treated as reflective guidance, not factual assertions.
• AI-generated reports are produced using third-party AI services. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on your Soulprint results.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, content, and branding ("Atlas Within," "Soulprint"), is owned by Atlas Within and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Your Soulprint results and generated report are licensed to you for personal use only.
• You may share or print your report for personal purposes, but you may not commercially distribute or resell it.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Within and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Within from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
• Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 shall survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
